CCBill probably should take goats as currency. They're hard to charge back and have you seen the price of goat cheese lately?

I could just see the scrubbing algorithm - you take a pic of the goat and its weight. They would then categorize it based on its features, identify the goat, and then filter it against a list of known bad goats and determine whether to let the transaction through.

Mind you this all hinges on whether goatboy has a digital camera... And to make sure to take the pic of its face and not of its ass while he's doing stuff to it.
