If you produce more sperm when you ejaculate does that mean u have an higher chance of getting a girl pregnant? more fertile?

producing more "liquid" when you cum means nothing, you could just produce a lot of seminiferous fluid.

it only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg.

That all depends on how viable the sperm are. Very few sperm actually reach the egg, and they are always the strongest... So I guess numbers would increase the chances, however it's how strong (viable, strong swimmers) they are that gets them there. I guess you could always just dress them all up in little capes and tights for that extra morale boost! *wink*

Really though, factors like smoking, drinking, drugs, even ambient temperature can affect the viability of your sperm, so if you're TRYING to get someone pregnant, you should probably consult a physician for more in-depth advice.. I should also add that just making more sperm does not make you more fertile. A man can make lots of sperm and still be infertile...
