It's common knowledge that anything "processed" is bad for you. And cancer only needs carcinogens, which are unavoidable.

Apparently cooking with "soy" is the worst for carcinogens, something like 10x any seasoning.

So they recommend no more than 500grams of steak per week. That's still about five 4 ounce steaks.
