Processed meats do cause cancer

It's common knowledge that anything "processed" is bad for you. And cancer only needs carcinogens, which are unavoidable.

A steak is not processed meat, if so, every peace of meat anyone eats is processed .

Apparently cooking with "soy" is the worst for carcinogens, something like 10x any seasoning.

So they recommend no more than 500grams of steak per week. That's still about five 4 ounce steaks.
