As a lesbian woman, its not that the market is beneficial to me, its beneficial to webmasters to target because gay men have alot more income to throw at membership joins because they do not have wife and kids to support. They also retain longer than straight ppl.

Look at the history of the adult internet.

Straight porn used to be like picking money up off the ground from what I understand.

Then certain people ruined that. All the while not paying attention to the gay market.

Now these same industry wreckers are getting involved in gay.

Lee is right, gay men have alot more income to throw at membership joins because they do not have wife and kids to support. They also retain longer than straight ppl. and they charge back less as well. We run a number of gay sites and we found this to be true over the years

Our gay sites are converting on average much better than some of our top straight sites. I see it as being two male incomes at one house with no rules. I totally agree, but gay guys are also a lot more picky than straight guys. Gay guys will take time to see how much they are paying for what they will be getting.

Double Income No Kids.

Making them some of the most affluent spenders of their $$$ online

No wife to spend it for them, no kids to support, excellent marketing opportunities for webmasters, you just have to find out what they are willing to buy which, isnt always porn related ;)
