it was a nice run so far and thanks for all the 1000s of usd transactions monthly, but since you dont want to send me new card, i am done with you. i am with them from beginning, never had problem receiving a card, now, they are terorrising me with tons of papers i dont have a never had to get new card, and i cannot send and never sent them to paxum, but now they need them or my card will not arrive. all my statements are electronic, the only thing that i am paying and i have docs from it is my monthly house bill, but that is not enough for them, because they do not understand how czech house billing works, i am lost and saying bye to paxum. they want electricity bill or cable bill, but bill for whole house is not enough ... a big fuck off to paxum support who fucked me to the ass few times, and i have really enough of those fuckers telling me how idiot i am and that i do not deserve my card because i do not have some stupid papers for some stupid americans ... fuck off paxum, enough is enough. thanks for reading, now i am feeling much better, really not sure what the fuck those fuckers wants from me ... have a nice day everyone anyway!

Have luck!

Paxum caused me a huge amount of stress and wasted so much of my time this year due to new card problems. It was the biggest cluster fuck.

there is no bigger bill in my country than that house bill. it contains cable bill and national radio bill, and they wants cable bill, but because some idiot there do not understand that the papers i sent them is including cable bill and it is the main bill in my country, i do not receive my card ... seriously, i have my own 80k usd flat, paying it for years, and for some stupid support it is not enough ... once again, fuck off paxum, it is a big shame, but you are really fucking with me seriously hard this time ...

Paxum is required to have KYC rules but it's not required to carry them out the way it does.

Examples. Most people's bills are electronic now. How can you send a paper bill with your name and address on it when you don't get one ?

Not everyone has a drivers license or passport.

Different countries have different types of ID but Paxum don't understand that.

In most countries you can get a proof of ID card, but one from Australia apparently doesn't make the cut even though it has a photo, a name, date of birth and contributes to the 100 points of ID required to open a bank account here.

I find Paxum's application of KYC rules over the top, but it's their business and if you want to play in their theme park you need to follow their rules as much as they suck.

Hi TeenCat,

Try not to blame Paxum for this. There is so much fraud going on that Paxum and other companies like them have to do more and more to make sure they know who they are dealing with.

We have had a Paypal account for 12 years and recently they asked for some new paperwork. Not because of any changes to our account, but because Revenue Quebec and the Canada Revenue Agency are both allowed to get records for auditing reasons from Paypal for people living in this country, and they need to keep those records up to date should they ever be required.

They wanted to see utility bills, drivers license, and tax filings, etc. Not only that, but they also wanted to see Photos of those papers (not scans). To slow things down, all the papers are of course in french, and they did not understand what they were reading too well or what the papers were really all about.

It was a real pain in the ass for sure, but it didn't really take THAT long to comply. After just a couple of hours, it was all done. It's just one of those things you have to accept and do as a part of business these days, especially when dealing online with companies and individuals from around the world. Companies like Paxum want your business, but they have to make sure that they do things by the book, especially when you trust them with your money.

I'm glad everything worked out in the end for you.

Regarding electronic bills - I had the same problem. But solution for this problem is easy - just print out the electronic bill and voila! - now you have a paper bill

Paxum wanted a photo, so just take a picture with your phone of your new paper bill that you printed out, send them the photo, and you are good to go. That worked for me.

For everyone's reference, Paxum accepts e-documents (such as bank statements, etc) for PROOF OF ADDRESS documentation. So if you have an e-statement you wish to use to verify an address, feel free to submit it without needing to print/scan/photograph it.

Always late reply, always delay. transferinh funds bettwen accounts cost money and takes time, i wonder how did i get in thier website and sent all doucements to get approved and after all, i guess i shouldn t get it.

There are million better service then Paxum.
i believe they should improve thier services better to keep up if not they must just close thier office and do something else.
