Phoenix forum alternate hotels

I was late booking my hotel room

Which one do you recommend, preferably close but not that days inn on the site.

I am thinking maybe the marriot because it will have high speed.

Any locals have any suggestions, thanks

After someone had posted about hotels.com & expedia, they were gone as well...they had nothing...I tried every site, called them, they literally had no rooms left.

When I tried booking the first time, they told me the rooms were all sold out.

The next time I called, a few days later...I didn't mention the forum..and got a room immediately.

My understanding is that we were allotted a projected number of rooms that would be available at a discounted rate for Forum members. Those rooms sold out quickly, but there were still rooms available at the hotel, albeit at a slightly higher rate

That might explain what you experienced, Raven
