I just turned 30 help! The last time I checked I gained 30 pounds, lost a shitload of hair and I find to be constapated more ofthen, lol.

I turn 30 in a month and a half
 Im in pretty good shape... but man I feel it. Weird aches and pains... more and more hair left in the shower every day.
