My ex partner though smoked it and did awesome designs and when he didn't have any his designs really sucked and took longer to finish.

I just can't function on that shit. I wish I could, it's a lot better then the pain pills I have to take daily just to be able to walk.

Ps I even tried eating it. lol the last time was a few months back. I tried to brew it in a coffee maker without coffee BAD mistake doh.. but drank the whole pot in 10 mins then I ate the buds out of the coffee filter which was a lot of them.. When it hit me, I had to go to bed fuck food, I was in bed my muscles where twitching and jumping and I was praying to anyone that could here me to make it go away.

No, it's the psychological aspect of 'addiction' or 'dependency' or 'recreation' we are talking about here. For that the 'cure' is not absolute or even scientific.

Bottom line: If you feel something you are doing is diminishing your life experience on a regular basis (this can include drugs, food, relationships, work, almost anything) then STOP.

Not forever maybe, just for now. And when it comes to weed, smoking it again won't kill you so chillax.

Cure for that is quite absolute and very scientific. First of all, it is well known how addictions form; countermeasure is opposite for how is the addiction formed. Though you can't really get rid off addictions (brain wise), only diminish those.

Dependency on anything is bad. Things we do for enjoyment should be enjoyable. You should smoke, fuck, drink, and play because you want to, not because you have to or because you can't deal with how you feel when you don't.

If you can't stand to be yourself, sober and not under the influence of anything and understand the way your mind works when it's not burning some strange fuel then you aren't really enjoying the drugs you use. (and when I say drugs i am including the more benign common ones like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and even sugar)

To me all that stuff is just like overclocking or otherwise hacking your biological hardware. To get the best results you need to start with equipment that works well and maintain it and care for it. If it won't work normally without the overclocking, you're doing something wrong.

Periodically it's important to get back to the basics and remember what life looks like through sober eyes and brain. Only then are your highs truly highs. Anything else is just beating a dead horse.

An addiction is anything one uses to avoid their feelings. Chocolate, food, sex, work, working out, alcohol, drugs, shopping, TV (this one is mine) & more.

I was addicted to hash & weed for years (1989-2006) & then FINALLY quit cold turkey.

I have only started up a smidgen recently b/c I realize I need something to take the stress off & I am not a drinker. I like it when I haven't smoked in days or weeks & then I take a puff.

Now one puff & I'm stoned, so I'm a cheap toker now just like a cheap drinker LOL

I'm STILL in search of high quality Sativa. I got ripped off from this guy on the long weekend
