Yes,
every weekend it's the same story.
Always error 502 Bad Gateway and no display of how much you currently have on your card.

Yes, I was able to use it at the drug store today, but there was no way to load it with more funds from the wallet..

Tried calling, could not for the life of me figure out how to transfer from the wallet over the phone using their automated system. Chose the option for customer support to talk to someone, sat on hold for a bit and then it said they were busy and to leave a message for a call back..
