I had a friend who needed some roofing on his house done, he got some quotes, some for $10k from some laborers that barely knew a word of English, some for $20k from an American company.... and some in between... he chose the American company for $20k...

next day, bunch of Mexicans showed up to do the work anyway...


around here that's how that biz works, jobs get sold around and outsourced, and no matter what company you hire, immigrant workers end up doing the work anyway...

Let me tell you something -- you don't want clowns falling off your roof then suing you. Construction workers need to follow safety protocols on jobs. I have seen plenty of scabs and illegal construction crews do some real dumb shit and have seen a few union guys that were unsupervised fuckups.

I didn't say there was... I don't have any problem with it, they do something that normally would cost $20k for $10k, why would anyone complain?

Trump has used this same contractor on my of his properties. Not only is the company using illegals they have an really bad safety record. On the Trump SoHo building which they also built for him an "immigrant" worker was decapitated and several others were seriously injured. They were fined by OSHA and investigators stated the job site safety conditions were below average and put a stop order in place for 7 months on the upper floors..

As a resualt Bank Of America pulled their loan funding on the project.. It's worth noting Trump was also sued by buyers of 10 of the condos because they were lied to.. They won their lawsuit..

Trump is a shady fuck and he uses illegals to build his hotels..
