This cop was given the body camera by his family I think it was reported. The suspect was yelling "shoot me, do it, kill me" and the officer had been warned of a possible "suicide by cop" before arriving. Considering all that, he did a great job.
Remember the video of several cops killing a rock throwing man on a public street? That man had been trying to be killed by cops in the past which they had been informed of. That's why he caused the ruckus and why he was taunting the cops who wound up killing him, exactly like he wanted them to do. Those cops did a terrible, terrible job. They knew they were being taunted into shooting and they did.

The number goes down, not up. But for blacks the situation is opposite. Your "blacks being more criminals" applies only to all victims (and even then police may shoot more easily blacks, but we can't determine it from these numbers). Without racism the last two rows would equal the percentage as in the all victims, but those don't. From all victims 31 % are blacks, but killed without attacking police; 39-42 %.

Based on what most are blacks, when it comes to getting contact with police? Not at least based on your posted chart. And even that is so, that still doesn't tell that much. Maybe police harasses and arrests blacks more than white, just because of racism, and they can't shoot everybody they harass without reason.
