Lets also not forget about the responsibility or lack of it when these girls allowed or even took the nude photos of themselves and shared them with the "boyfriends". Why is it the 'victims have no responsibility nor does the people whom uploaded the pics?

OK, I'm going to officially call you an idiot.

Idiot.

You must be blind to have not seen all the news stories about teachers getting fire when nude pics surface.

It's not about people being ashamed of their pics it's about a society that is going to punish them for it.

Don't worry about how it doesn't make sense to you, fuck you; it's about the people who are affected.

You are trying to tell other people to believe and behave like you and "what's the big deal?"

Consider this; just because you can take a dick up the ass doesn't mean anyone else can.

Why is it harsh? If he got nailed on 21 there were probably a lot more.

dotcommer 04-07-2015 12:20 AM

Wow, that is pretty harsh sentence. If the guy only made 30K, then he didn't get much traffic to the site. Pretty stupid to post links to their facebook pages as well.

I ran ExWives.com - These sluts are out for revenge! but went the opposite direction of this guy. It was a FAKE revenge site for Ex's to get back at their boyfriends by getting fucked by other dudes.

Saw what you did there.

That's a lot of years, but hard to feel sorry for that POS.

Acepimp 04-08-2015 01:47 AM

If anyone thinks this sentence was too harsh, you might be an idiot. He got 18 years, eligible for parole in 10, so with good behavior he could get out in 7 or 8. Seems reasonable, maybe even too light. Exposing women's identities & extorting money, what a huge sack of shit.

Far-L 04-08-2015 02:17 PM

The guy publicly reveled in the notoriety and knew that he was stealing the content the whole time and that he was running the extortion too, so that means he had an inkling of how desperate the victims were as well. I think they got the punishment spot on. He ought to feel right at home with all the other sociopaths in prison.

PaperstreetWinston 04-08-2015 09:31 PM

He's caused a lot of pain and headaches. 18 years is fair.

Watch this video. This is the account of only one person, and I have no idea if she was on his site, but it should give you an idea of the extent of the damage done. Revenge porn doesn't just affect someone once. The effect lasts for years.

Takes a pretty callous destructive personality to target women like this.

There are some extremely popular tumblrs doing almost exactly that. I hope they get caught out soon & convicted. You know, the people who recorded snaps. Some are taking it further and saying the names of the people they recorded, etc. Just completely wrong. They need to stop.
