Gueiding you to deepweb and finding the content is one thing,but to take down anything you will need to get law enforcement involved.
Blackmarket selling drugs and guns,CP and other shit was up for a few years w/o problems

It's unlikely the sites in the deep Web are hosted. But yeah DMCA is the way to go on normal.
