He goes on for 10 minutes begging me to call his bank and tell them everything is okay now and the transaction is legit. Keeps offering me an extra $1000 from what he took from me. You know that money would be coming from someone else he ripped off.

I know I have spoken with many victims and I would like whomever else whom has been taken to message me.

I am in touch with officials on all sides of this , other members can vouch for this and that I keep all info private.

Okay everyone.. here is the update...

the scammer "David" contacted me on skype , attempting to tell me he was sick and not able to respond.

BUT! - lets remember, he talked to people and took more money from others after myself and others.!!

He is trying to tell people they will get money back, if they provide wire information, and or this and that. (I would NOT fall into this trap) who knows, he might use your information in other ways.

If in fact he wants to give your money back, he can reverse what was done, without getting any information from you.

1) if you sent a wire transfer, he can tell the bank to reverse it (refund it) they have no need for information other then the date and amount (which he has on his end)

2) if you sent a Western Union, or moneygram, etc - same thing.. he can go in, hand them the control numbers, and state this needs to be refunded, and it was a mistake, and they will take care of it.

He attemtped to tell me this :

He is trying to say that he is doing all the "mailing jobs" now, and that you will see it on GFY etc.. (I would recommend NOT) allowing him to do this, as I think it will end up worse for you in many ways.

To this point, he has done nothing to show anyone that his intentions are legit, and stil attempts to blame something or others for this.

He even admitted that he "did wrong things" and "defrauded" people..

Okay.. so the Monday update:

1) Names associated : Stephen Smith

2) A group was able to determin that he uses a stolen (nulled) copy of Interspire Email Marketer (which is so fucking lame, as any PRO emailer, would not even touch this thing)

3) he registered a bunch of domains (US side) and with Godaddy, (dumbass) and of course thought the private registry is private! LOL...

4) He contacted me, and told me he would send out the emails now, I told him to fuck off, as well, he said he wanted my bank account info, to send money back.. again, told him to fuck off.

I am not giving him anytype of bank account info.. he has my name a country I live in, thats enough to westernunion it back to me .

NOTICE:!!
People, I cant tell you what to do, but I would think twice before letting him "send the emails" for you.

As I am almost certain, his list are shit, all your going to end up doing is getting your website,etc listed in a spam database and blacklist records.

It took me 5 minutes to find 5 honeypots with this assholes info in it, and the sites associated.


Good thing.. Google is all over this shit now, and good ole american boys dont fuck with Spam issues.

Again, I cannot stress the importance to submit your info to Report Fraud and Cyber Crime | Action Fraud.

The ActionFraud is a special division setup by MET (UK Police) that deals with these items.
(they are no joke, they dont stand for this crap)

I have spoken to them multiple times, and they are VERY helpful. The actual submission can take about 10 minutes and allows you to put lots of information in.

They also have online CHAT, that they will assist you with what ever while you are doing the complaint. (although 8-6pm UK time)

The suppose email server he was using to send out email was shut off, due to an illegal license of software and violation of the CAN-SPAM ACT.
