I have spoken to many, many people and companies that this person has stated he worked for etc.

For 1, I did not defame nor state anything negative about this person or company.

We do not do business with Dave Ford. He tried to do a deal with us for some ad placements on Iwantu.com but could not validate he actually owned the traffic so the deal was canceled and no money was ever sent to him.
