The third and final stage is your ass and middle-region spreading to previously unthought-of proportions.

My cure: get a bigger chair, change positions frequently. Lean back, sit cross-legged, sit on one leg... nothing like getting up to pee and finding one leg doesn't work... hitting the floor rapidly is much more fun than just having a numb ass!

i have the most comfortable chair ever.. i think its cuz of the way i was sitting... with my legs up on the pc case, leaning back a little, center of weight pretty much right on my ass..
