I've been taking five minutes breaks every hour or so my butt won't go numb...I also wiggle my butt around in the chair...

switch cheeks every 1/2 hour :thumbsup

This is the first symptom of Webmaster Syndrome.
The second symptom is your skin turning deathly pale.
The third and final stage is your ass and middle-region spreading to previously unthought-of proportions.

My cure: get a bigger chair, change positions frequently. Lean back, sit cross-legged, sit on one leg... nothing like getting up to pee and finding one leg doesn't work... hitting the floor rapidly is much more fun than just having a numb ass! :(

It goes numb when I play hours upon hours of gaming. My blood flows immediately to my feet, my arms go numb, and when I stand up, my buttocks hurt.

Get a better chair.

i have the most comfortable chair ever.. i think its cuz of the way i was sitting... with my legs up on the pc case, leaning back a little, center of weight pretty much right on my ass..
