VS was closed for about 2 weeks during the holidays. The office reopened on January 5th. I suspect if you haven't received a response, it's because they're backlogged on support tickets.

So I've sent an email on 16th Dec to both Kimi and sales at videosecrets dot com . Got no answer. Tried to use the contact form they have in the affiliate area , got nothing.
Added Kimi on ICQ 2 days but also nothing, tried another contact on the contact form got nothing ....

They used to respond quite fast before ...

Our offices were closed over the holidays. I had replied, sometimes hit spam folders. You can always reach me on skype at vs.kimi. Or call us

That was i was writing them about: good bounce rate , good page views and time on site good but 0 conversions ... Was asking what should i do to improve...

With targeted SEO webcam traffic I was averaging Conf 1:1500 up until a couple months ago, some would spend other wouldn't, but I don't even get any free sign ups anymore
