You do know that not having an unsubscribe link in those emails is illegal (spamming is as well). You could have simply forwarded the email(s) to the Federal Trade Commission and been done with it, gone about your day, and not wasted yours and everyone else's time with this thread. Your a webmaster -- you should know these things.

you can block abusing address from aol, hotmail , yahoo and maybe gmx or the basic mail account on hosting.
