In the LiveFreeFun web offer page under CHOOSE TOUR, select '763 - (R) Cam Model (smid=)' from the dropdown.

A model's "smid" can be obtained by:
1. Clicking on her LFF profile
2. Clicking on "My Videos"
3. Clicking "Join LiveFreeFun now for free"
(the smid number will appear in the address bar of your browser. The end number is what you would place in your CrakRevenue link code.)
