How does that first one even happen? That has to be insurance fraud. There is snow under the door. If the wind blew the door in, snow should be on top of the door.
Its not that bad, it's just combo of snow and wind, that make such crazy snow drops. Also you dont want to see roads under snow in east europe, 2xworse!
When I was a kid growing up in NJ we lived on the very top of this huge mountain and there was a field across the street from us. The wind would blow all of the snow up against the front of our house making our front door useless.
i grew up about 45 minutes away from buffalo, they ALWAYS had far more snow than us. They get lake affect snow like you wouldn't believe. I don't think oakville got any snow last night either.

There are parts of BUFFALO that got almost no snow. The way the snow came off the lake, a nice chunk of the city got a light dusting.

Even if this wasn't a double door with the doors swinging to the sides as snow covered the floor first before the door became unhinged, I still don't think the door would get to the floor first before some snow
