Business to tube or not to tube, that is the question

i am a very small site with a couple hundred clips. I see debates about the tubes & how they effect the industry. Its very interesting that the biggest corporations in porn are tubes, or have tubes. So i have no bias or hate on them.

my concern is that i dont have thousands of clips. I cannot maintain a consistent presence on any front page of a tube. I could give away 80% of my site & in 3 weeks have nothing else to contribute to a tube, & then my content gets lost in the tube ocean.

Do you think a small site should turn to tubes to generate traffic?

& what tubes are legit business partners, as opposed to those who delete my watermark & exploit my work for their gain?

what are your clips like? are they long, are they HD, do they have any special qualities?

if they are run of the mill and short, you might think you'd be giving too much away to get tube traffic. But if they have a lot of substance, and good qualities, you can effectively promote them on tubes without hurting your brand. You can generate brand recognition and new customers. You can cut custom clips the exclude specific parts of the content, shorter versions and make sure the surfers know they are not the full version. you can offer them only at a certain quality and make sure the surfers know you have HD or higher resolutions for members.

Most good content partnership programs will let you ad a nice intro to your vids explaining this, showing what members get that the surfers don't get for free and most will allow you to have a channel on their tube showcasing your brand and what you have to offer.

Check out paidperview.com, there is a lot of flexibility like mentioned and you will also earn a good cut off all the advertising revenue made from the views your videos get.

the clips are 4-6 minutes per clip. but i can combine them to make 20-30 minute videos of each model. I can also make clips to specific exercises, & i can use slow motion to extend the time of promotional tube clips.

all my content is SD today cause im behind the curve. But I am beginning a process to rebuild my site & i have HD shoots in the can to be released, likely early next year.

i do believe my clips have special qualities. big boob guys generally like what i create & some of my fans love it enough to write me regularly about it with their thoughts. there is bouncing boobs, but there is also perverted stretching poses, shower scenes, naked dancing, non nude bouncing, mostly softcore stuff.
