Not sure its with all or just us facing the issue in getting rebills and new signup. Every thing was ok till September and start of Oct but after that rebill in good number start to decline with generic codes of not sufficient funds and do not honor and general decline by bank and its not getting better and I been heard that few other are also facing the same issue? Its all coming from issuing bank but what else we can look to solve it or what....

I am sure its not just us and other facing issue right?

There's been a few issues with major companies like Target, HomeDepot, Staples and others who were hacked, so in response banks have been re-issuing millions of debit and CC cards and likely having a big effect on rebills.

Even the 5 - 6 old member recurring are now decline for do not honor and insufficient funds, this is the worry sign and i think this has to do with master card and visa processing issue but it all comes from issuer i beleive. I am seeing same. trial sale is fine then 3 days later reasons for decline include do not honor, card not accepted, serv not allowed (card not permitted), and others.

I have a feeling that issuing banks are scrubbing adult transactions harder when the cvv2 number is not passed. And it really sucks if this is the new standard. Almost every adult US transaction goes through Merrick bank so it is easy for issuing banks to scrub them harder.

Need more banks willing to do adult, at least for US people.

What are you talking about? Sales are always good these months. People often complain about the summer holidays though.

Since 99 i've never seen a bad holiday (xmas) season cause like you say, people are buying tons of porn during these cold and dark days.

It's something to do with the merchant banks or MC/Visa. I am seeing this too across all processers.

I can also assume anyone with "their own merchant account" is seeing this trend, too. Why? Because their own 'merchant account' is most likely going through the same merchant banks the 3rd party processers have. LOL So having your own Merch probably isn't helping, either.

Yeah it really sucks. September was a record month for me, October was starting off good and then WHAM. This month has been really bad. It sucks that a couple corporate assholes outside the industry with bad security can have this much effect on us. It really hurts on recurring due to the rebills getting nuked as you noted.

Also about two weeks ago my bank also put up a note in the online banking section that they were re-issuing some cards and temporarily putting on some lower limits for purchases. So it almost definitely is this to some extent. My bank is very small so if they are doing it so are 80% of the banks in the US probably.

Rebills for us are actually up with a few %, so not seeing this theory. New sales are about the same as last month. Total revenue so far about 10% up. Might even turn out to be the best month of they year for us if it keeps up like this.

Looks like our history promoting your program is most transactions go through Netbilling. So this shouldn't be an issue. Have you taked to them? I see a few epoch sales so you are using them maybe as a secondary. You might want to try running epoch as a primary for a week and two and compare rates.

We have tried both. Netbilling with our own merchant account and epoch as secondary but its not improving. Rebill are almost down by 24% and new signup are also less in percentage.

The card reissues because other Target and Home Depot theft have has a bit of an impact on some refills if those cards were effected. Because of the flexibility that we offer with step down rebilling and the ability to make your members discount offers, you can offer custimers deals who were previous members with failed refills at a discount to rejoin or have our call center to a phone promo campaign etc..
