I find it hard to believe because they have alot of sites, an affiliate program that must have cost plenty to have coded, and I'm sure they've been in the industry a few years, so they must have known that if they blatantly ripped off some well known content that they would get caught within a few days.

Just because it's not listed as a site on Hard Profits doesn't mean much, site might not have been added yet, or it's part of another business Hard Profits is involved in. We buy content from so many different sources, and on a few occassions we have bought content from losers who claim it is their to sell, only to find out it belongs to someone else

This has happened to me twice now, with a major flame out between me and APIC a little while ago.
