for the record, I just got a message yesterday telling me they added 200 GB in my plan and overuse at just 0.70 per gig, that without even asking  so don't know bout choopa, but I know who I stay with

I have a colo and a dedicated over at XXX Webhosting (one of the few hosts I deal with). I am VERY happy with their performance and pricing.
If you do a decent amount of bandwidth, give them a call, they will work a special price for you... Don't worry about the prices on their site.
