What features make a good LCD monitor?
I'm about to buy an LCD monitor, as it is said it has no radiation and this is better for the eyes.
But I see in brochures features of it, and I don't know what makes an LCD monitor better than another one, anyone can explain briefly? Thanks

Just a couple pointers:
1.) Small footprint. 2.) Slim design. 3.) Reasonable refresh rates (LCD's don't really need high refresh rates, since they're different from monitors-- But the higher it is, the sharper and cleaner fonts will be). 4.) A good image contrast ratio (~350:1) |

Contrast ratio is the main thing to look out for in terms of specs.

One of the best monitors for the price: Dell 1800FP
A great monitor, and you can get it for a relative cheap price now on eBay. |
