Just a couple pointers:
1.) Small footprint.
2.) Slim design.
3.) Reasonable refresh rates (LCD's don't really need high refresh rates, since they're different from monitors-- But the higher it is, the sharper and cleaner fonts will be).
4.) A good image contrast ratio (~350:1)
