I haven't said that Vikings or Columbus were the first ones in America. Haven't you heard about the "Indians"? Or do you think that I haven't heard about them? You have some nice mixture of believing people total idiots and some fucking geniuses at the same time. Columbus was looking for India, that is pretty much espablished. I don't know about the Vikings, but I don't think that they knew about America before sailing to there. Good night, or whatever you have in there. |
Anyone heard from Al Gore lately?
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-K-KvZWYoPg...olar+bears.jpg This really says it all! http://www.independentsentinel.com/w...olar-bears.jpg |
Poor Al. A decade of a cooling climate and he's become irrelevant. Maybe he he'd be in the news again if he just made up some random bullshit to scare people?
... oh, wait.... |

http://prestags.typepad.com/.a/6a019...1e13b14970c-pi Three of the hottest years on record have happened in the last 10 years.. 2006, 2010, 2013. Unlisted on that chart is 2013 has tied with the 4th hottest year since 1880. Seriously do you have any capability to think for yourself or can you only parrot bullshit you find on your right wing sites and are just incapable of searching out actual facts for yourself? It's called averages for a reason, because some years are cooler and some are higher, but the trend is still warming, not fucking cooling. |
Crockett, you're way to angry. Obviously i was being facetious. I am sure your living situation doesn't help, but then again, it's your attitude which forces you to live in a small van, have no roots, no community, no relationships etc.
I kinda feel bad for you a little bit. Your posts read like a chronicle of misery and unhappiness. |

Yes, every maladjusted lunatic forced into a life of solitude has the same story about enjoying life, personal choices and so on. It helps ease the pain.

As you said most people couldn't read so they obviously would believe anything a superior and/or intellectual person would tell them. Hell billions of people believe in the religeous fairytales to this day. What's the intention behind that? You act like everyone during those times were all monkey brained cavemen. The Egyptians can build these great pyramids that to this day baffle modern day scientist yet they couldn't figure out the earth was round and inform everyone else for thousands of years? |

Most of all, I'm sorry that this has to be pointed out to you by a guy that drives around the country in a vw van for months on end, enjoying life while you sit at the same desk day after day, doing the same thing over and over again. |
You know you've lost the argument when you go from debating the issue to attacking someones lifestyle. :2 cents:
|
Wow, this thread has gone two pages already because the intellectual bottom (Crockett and his ilk) still defend Al gore and the lie of global warming.
It's no wonder you're such fucking failures. Hahaha |

OP = Moron.
Any person on the planet that doesn't understand science should not be able to render an opinion. It's like listening to a monkey pressing buttons and trying to make sentences; you just don't add up correctly. Go back to your bible and your "I Heart Bush" button tacked to your frontal lobe. |
I did some research about this when I really didn't know what to believe. And it turns out that scientists and actually brought this to the forefront the public. It was Al Gore in the seventies by himself. He attended a college class with a professor. That had done a study about Corbin and its effects in the atmosphere back after World War II.. Al Gore started telling everyone that the pollution that they saw in the sky smog. Had everything to do with it.and another suspicious thing is that all the global warming advocates.. At what they call weather models.they actually don't have a hard proven fact. Except that they believe there's more carbon in the air. Dinner was before in past history. But if you look at aa historical weather graph all way back to Napoleon. You can see that the earth is been much much harder than it ever has been today.but the mere fact that a politician bought this forward and not a scientist. Should suggest that there is something very fishy. And the last point is all of the advocates are paid for by the federal government to do their studies.

Here is a nice comprehensive list of every denialist claim and the rebuttal.

The funny thing about Al Gore, is he literally pushed the right over the edge to bat shit crazy. Prior to Al Gore writing his little book and doing lectures most Right wing politicians even the so called conservatives agreed global warming was a problem. Then Al Gore wrote a book and made a movie about it and overnight the right wing propaganda machine started going haywire.
Al Gore is the man, he drove the GOP bat shit crazy to the point they are unelectable to the Oval Office, he didn't even win the presidency and they still go nuts over him. |

About Al, I don't think he have said that there shouldn't be CO2 at all. But he might have said that human induced CO2 print is 0. And whatever he has said, it really doesn't matter. It's just fucking tactic to personify some subject to one guy and then make that guy look like ridiculous and the whole subject with him. Wait a minute, I forgot to prove my point: tree is a plant, and thus I am right. I also have to eat to stay alive, that furthen proves my point. |

Skepticism has always been and should remain the default position of any scientific inquiry. Anyone who claims that the "science is settled" isn't practicing science but is instead engaging in politics. You're the guy who claimed a 400,000 PPM level of C02 was not harmful and I showed you how 100,000 PPM's is deadly to humans. You still sticking to that point? |

He is part of the elite "ruling class" that tell YOU to live like a caveman while THEY live like kings and profit off of "carbon credits" I'll believe that climate change is "man-made" when I see the govt take action and hypocrites like Al Gore live their lives the way they expect you to. |
I remember when a few years ago when all the country heads had a big meeting in some country over global warming and all showed up in their private jets.
I have one word for those that preach it, Gullible 17 years 9 months since the last change in the climate |

How is Al Gore responsible for 1/2 the US ignoring any reasonable argument? Just focus on the science and see where you end up. |

that's the problem, now you and i are arguing about that instead of about the real problem: pollution. And bringing up "the science" on the matter only distracts even more. Blinding people with politicized science does not impact their behavior and get more people to pollute less. |
