For those running paysites, should you have it for customer contact as so many people use it?

A lot of people do not use email, but do WhatsApp.

4. no limit to texts you send
5. you can do it via wifi for speed

People that say SMS is better are so wrong

Not trying to promote whatsapp or anything, I have it and I use it sometimes, but, it's a lot more comfortable having a text conversation via WhatsApp than SMS.

Send sounds, sms, location, smiles basically anything you want. You can also talk with people around the globe (that's what I use it for mostly).

So yes, it's way better than SMS.

Yup. Most people i contact all use it instead of SMS. Hardly ever send anything SMS now.
