Chaturbate studio model question - GoFuckYourself.com

A cam model who works on location in one of my studios signed up at chaturbate, actually the account was made by supervisors there, so we are about 100% sure she used the correct referal link, however her account does not appear in our stats, it's like she was not referred by anyone.

I emailed Punker Barbie at [email protected] explaining the situation but I have a feeling it's an awkward situation and will be difficult to resolve, I myself would be highly suspicious if someone came along and claimed a referral on a model who appeared to have signed up independently.

How should I proceed to fix this? She already has some earnings there, not a lot but she's expecting me me to pay her for that, which I will obviously do, but that's not viable long term if I am not getting paid for the tokens. I have her username and password, should I:

1) just set her payout details to mine and leave it alone?
2) make a new account for her which may be rejected as a duplicate?
3) wait for chaturbate to reply, they don't seem super communicative.

Create a new account with the correct ref link.
Then transfer the Tokens from the old to new account.
Problem solved ...

You need first to empty your pc cookie and cache if you was logged in on the same computer where was your model account created then you don't get your money ! And if everything was made right Punker should solve this situation for you ! It happened same to me but the situation was a bit different because I didn't knew about the model and I saw her on my subaccounts as an referred affiliate , I emailed to Punker Barbie and I got my money next day !

Thats no scam !!!
In Chaturbate you are allow to send Tokens from one account to another.
Sometimes Support takes too long to respond, so its easier to look for a solution yourself

Yes but then support may later see your solution and wonder if this was a shady scam

Wonder is something different.

But I doubt that, what some people dont understand is that registering a model in a Studio in Chaturbate works different, is through a Ref link and if somehow the ref link is written wrong the model would not appear on your Studio stats.

In the past it happens to us and when we contacted the support to move the model in our Studio they told us "joust create a new account with the correct ref link".

So its actually something that they sometimes advice, no scam ...

I hate to interrupt the bickering but Punker Barbie took care of it already so no issue and no need to speculate whether transferring tokens is allowed.

I don't see that as a scam if the tokens were earned honestly in the first place. You're permitted to transfer them to anyone.
