A cam model who works on location in one of my studios signed up at chaturbate, actually the account was made by supervisors there, so we are about 100% sure she used the correct referal link, however her account does not appear in our stats, it's like she was not referred by anyone.
I emailed Punker Barbie at [email protected] explaining the situation but I have a feeling it's an awkward situation and will be difficult to resolve, I myself would be highly suspicious if someone came along and claimed a referral on a model who appeared to have signed up independently.
How should I proceed to fix this? She already has some earnings there, not a lot but she's expecting me me to pay her for that, which I will obviously do, but that's not viable long term if I am not getting paid for the tokens. I have her username and password, should I:
1) just set her payout details to mine and leave it alone?
2) make a new account for her which may be rejected as a duplicate?
3) wait for chaturbate to reply, they don't seem super communicative.
