The contact page still has Sly and Nadya listed as the affiliate rep contacts, neither of them even work for Top Bucks anymore. Top Bucks definitely is still paying, good luck getting in contact with someone over there. Something has been going on with those guys lately.. It's like the company is running itself into the ground.

Sorry, we haven't updated the contact info on WWC, I will be honest and say that there aren't hundreds of webmasters, let alone new ones. To answer your question, yes everyone is still being paid.
TopBucks is still up and running and paying webmasters however as we have been clear we have not been producing new content.
