Sometimes I don't eat for a couple days straight, then I take a break from the cocaine and eat a bit for 1 day and then go back to my fast.

I have been fasting every day for about 6 months now.

Pounds lost: 65

Problem is, I'm 6 3 and am now 165 lbs and still have belly fat (small amount).

More work to be done.

You need to put on some muscle at 165 and 6'3 id say youre pretty skinny fat. Skinny fat is exactly that...youre skinny and are fat but lack muscle mass. Start eating some more and doing some resistance training your bellyfat will go away quicker than you think.

Yep, that is my next stage. I wanted to get back to a more normal weight first. I've only got 15lbs (roughly) according to BMI before I become "underweight", after going from Overweight 6 months ago.

So, yes it is time to start building again I think.

Look at If It Fits Your Macros, flexible dieting... get the my fitness pal app and it does the next part for you. Or use a simple calculation of you Gender, Age, Weight and Height find out what you need to keep the same weight. 20% deficit to lose weight, 20% surplus for making gains. Fasting is for people who know what they are doing!

Don't listen to the bro science and learn about the food you eat and your bodies reaction to it before jumping from extreme diets to the next extreme diet :2 cents:
