Militant Islamist fighters take part in a military parade along the streets of Syria's northern Raqqa province June 30, 2014. (Reuters)

If it is, and it is used in a terrorist act ( which is more than likely ) , would the USA be blamed as it is american military equipment ( like the BUC missile truck in Ukraine ) ?

Does it make you wonder the right fullness of arming the so called rebels in Syria ???

ANYONE can buy a Humvee.

Many countries use & purchase American Humvees for there operations. So its no surprise you see American Humvees

Yes that is an up armored American Military Humvee. The reason ISIS (The Islamic State) has it was because they stole it from the Iraqi Military. The US left a lot of equipment behind for them which they abandoned when attacked.

That is what I heard too. ISIS doesn't even need to ask for US aid. ISIS is robbing the banks all over Iraq. They stole over 5 Billion in Iraqi Dinars (around 400 million) from the Mosul Central Bank. Oil fields have been seized in Syria and Iraq that generates millions.

I don't think ISIS uses facebook or gmail, So I don't know if the NSA knows what is going on.

It was actually a Iraqi Humvee and was taken when ISIS first started launching attacks into Iraq. They captured lots of humvees and other equipment that was in the Iraqi's possession. Of course you can't see the difference in Russian handing the BUK over to use against Ukraine vs a captured vehicle because it doesn't fit your conspiracy kook agenda.
