				 | Yawn. I'm veggie not vegan, but I mainly cook vegan at home. When ever we have people over they are shocked at how yummy vegan food can be, usually followed by the "I would have never thought this was vegan" one of my favorite recipes:

				 | I've had vegan food, it's not like it's only served on another planet. It's unappetizing and not filling and to top it off- coconut water- fucking yuk. the sacrifices made to be vegan don't add up to an equivalent benefit. |

				 | i had to, was stumped what was used as cheese. what the hell is vegan cream cheese made with exactly? why do vegans add tofu to everything? that shit isn't right for a number of reasons. I can easily do a good vegetarian lasagne that maintains its traditional taste but zucchinni and eggplant are far better textures... plus i'd be using real cheese heh oh i eat meat, I just will make meals without occasionally.

				 | i can understand when someone doesn't want to kill animals but then i always hope that they don't wear leather either and avoid tons of other stuff too. but one thing is sure: vegan food is not necessarily more healthy or lean

				 | I did. It's not for me. Veganism, imo, is more a political statement and lifestyle choice rather than a nutrition choice. And that's cool for people to make that decision and I respect it, but I run a pretty tight ship nutritionally and don't see any need to make the massive sacrifice, both in the fridge and socially. |

I rarely cook with tofu, yet this recipe calls for it in one of the fillings, the filling turns out very nice. My favorite part about this recipe is not having to cook the noodles prior.

				 | Ok I dare you to watch this movie. It's called The Vegan Maker lets see you eat meat after watching it. You dont have the balls to watch it, but the gauntlet has been thrown. Im a germaphobe and meat has so much bacteria and feces in it. Do you really think you can compress a bunch of diseased animals together swimming in the shit of thousands of dying animals and not get contaminated meat? The companies dont give a shit, they have to produce massive meat fast, they just push it out there because consumers are stupid and will eat anything. |

				 | Eggplant lasagna is awesome!!! I was a vegetarian for 5 years when I was younger. I love dairy products such as milk and cheese (even though I had allergic reactions to milk as a child, and have other related allergies related to animal products). Vegetarian/vegan cuisine seems to be growing, as I notice more veggie restaurants opening in the area. Most grocery stores now carry products oriented towards vegetarians. Even Costco has a good selection of vegetarian products too: Had these for breakfast: Ask your local grocery store to carry these products: http://www.amys.com/ https://www.morningstarfarms.com/ ADG |

				 | That is the one thing I don't care for when it comes to some vegans. When you try and shove your beliefs down other peoples thoughts it is not a good look. Of course I wish no one ate meat, but who are any of us to tell each other what they should and shouldn't eat. Its like saying my favorite color is blue, so your favorite color has to be blue. If its not blue then you are fucked.
