You missed the article. They bought it for 11 million 5 years ago, remodeled it and sold it for 40 million. He must have done ok on it.

Which he probably gets between 2-10 Million a year for just that 1 endorsement. Although he is not the normal paid NFL player. He is talked about being one of the best players of all time.
