    Paypal funds withdraw problems anyone?

9 days ago i submited a funds withdraw from my paypal account to my creditcard

It took 5 days just to pass that "pending" status and another 4 days for the money to be loaded on my cc

I was reading over the web on paypal forums that this "pending" status is sometimes due to "random verification proccess".

I said..alright, never happenned to me but it's ok.

3 days ago i made another funds withdraw from paypal to my credit card...till now the status is "pending" ..again!

I understand that once they can do this "verify" shit but wtf, two in a row?

Till now, when i made a withdraw the transaction was approved in a matter of minutes, sometimes 1 hour at most.

Now it takes 4 days to approve the funds withdraw and another 4 -5 days for the funds to be added to my cc?

    anybody encountered this issue?

    That's exactly normal.

Get a business account and a paypal credit card.

    Problem solved.

Are you using PayPal for mainstream or adult? PayPal has always had an anti-adult policy. It's recently been in the news for closing adult related accounts, so your issues may be a warning sign.

If you have the paypal credit card then what are you complaining about, just use it.

I am not complaining i was just asking if anyone had similar issues.

Since i am using the same Visa card that is linked to my paypal account for a long time and never had this issue before, why i should start now using another one?

You wouldn't have to wait for the paypal credit card to load.
As soon as a balance appears in your account it is available on the paypal CC.
But maybe you can't get one outside of the USA.

So Paypal still processes the order and takes the money out almost instantly. Now I have been waiting a week for the refund to be processed. I understand it is their normal policy but a week+ seems excessive to me. There's no reason they shouldn't be able to do this within 5 business days max.
Don't use you paypal card at the gas pump, go inside and pay.
The card will pre-authorize for $80 and you will only put in $20 of gas but it will take
about a month for the $60 to return to you available funds.

Candid Hotties ... my colleagues and I are based in different countries, and travel frequently.
A change in the country IP address, moving larger amounts of money between each other, receiving funds into one Paypal account and quickly moving it out of the same account ... all can trigger a hold.

Ironically its happens at the worst possible times. While I am not happy about the timing of their verifications or request for additional information, in the end, they are protecting us.

Certain countries like Romania are on a gray list of sorts. They keep an extra eye on the transactions. As long as you have on file your passport, company documents verifying your address and your mobile phone number, it makes things easier.

Always call the local customer service number. The first representative may tell you exactly what you need to do. Comply and call them back immediately. They may tell you they need X days to do X things. Ignore this. Tell them you give them 1 business day. If the problem was not resolved in 1 day, call again and immediately escalate it to their Supervisor. If that Supervisor doesn't release the funds during the call, respectfully demand to speak to that persons Manager. During the entire process make sure to let them know you are taking good notes(wait time/hold in que, name, title/position, time of call, what was promised).

If the Manager doesn't solve your problem during the call, then its time you call the US based Paypal. While they don't have authority to override EU based transactions, the US Managers can call the EU support center and demand action.

                              Good luck!

To resolve a problem with traveling, you can set a proxy on computer which you have in your paypal account country,so then your ip never changes.

Hey NALEM, thanks for the good advices.

About the money transactions: i am doing withdraws around 750 -1000 / month from paypal to my creditcard.

I am doing this on a monthly basis for about 2 years or more. No issues were with this till 2 weeks ago.
I have been speaking on the phone with EU based paypal representative and asked if there is something wrong with my account, or if they need me to provide more documentation ( even thou i provided all the required documents ( company documents, address, passport/id , bank account...everything that they required)

I am planning to call them again tomorrow on their working hours and ask again about this situation. I understand that they do random verify procedures but...twice in a row on the same account? ..it seems a bit too much if you ask me.

I know they try to protect the customers, especially after all the shit that hapenned with ebay database beeing hacked.

On the other hand...i have a business to run and since two weeks ago i had all things in order, all things that were attached to paypal payments were scheduled like clockwork ( same day withdraw approved, 48 hours money on my bank / credit card)

Now with all this nonsense...my business is pretty much fucked up a bit.

Anyways, thanks for the great advices

That is not true. If you sell TANGIBLE adult items, they are and have been permitted for some time. It's only VIRTUAL adult transactions where they have had an issue in the past, and to this day. The same can be said for eBay where you find TANGIBLE adult items all of the time.

It's only VIRTUAL adult transactions where they have had an issue in the past, and to this day. The same can be said for eBay where you find TANGIBLE adult items all of the time.

They also allow b2b adult transactions, like affiliate payments. And also they process adult over epoch tho just for europe customers.

If you trigger a hold, just call Paypal and answer their questions. They are probably just more concerned about potential fraud than closing down your account.
