Sites are all custom php/mysql/cron pretty easy to figure out (MVC)...
I will help with move and setup.

No Idea about revenue... sites run on autopilot and are automatically updated. I don't track revenue so I have no Idea. I also barely have advertising there..I am not a money guy .... just a developer.

All GEOs are GREAT! No china stuff.. verifiable by google analytics for serious purchasers.

I am in Montreal, Quebec and can sell locally with invoice and GST + QST or Internationally.
Can also take payment in Bitcoin/Litecoin/Dogecoin/Namecoin.

There is some revenue but there is only one rotating 300x250 banner spot and there is no banners on mobile which is about 30-40% of traffic.

There are people who know how to monetize traffic and I am not one of them.

You should partner up with someone who knows how to monitize that traffic well. You are obviously good at what you do. Take on a partner for 50% interest. You continue to operate / seo and let them handle the advertising or other revenue generation.

Lets you take a chunk of $ off the table, but keep ownership in the network which can drive a decent little monthly income for you. You'll make roughly the same (obviously I don't know the exact numbers) over the next 12 months as if you sold the whole thing....then after 12 months its all gravy and you'll have a nice monthly income forever

Ive purchased a few sites/networks and I will NOT buy 100% if the site ii it is successful in a way that I can't duplicate.

Example: There was a dating network looking to sell. It was 100% SE traffic. Lovingly built up and maintained by the current team. We don't do SEO, don't know more than the average Joe. I would have bought it and watched it slowly wither away. Instead we did what I mentioned above. They needed cash, so we worked out a deal to get them flush but have them stay on and continue to maintain the site. We took over monatizing and they got a lump of cash...and the 50% they still owned ended up generating them MORE every month than their 100% did before we took over.

Huge win, win.

Few hundred bucks per month in revenue.. but there is hardly any ads. No popunders or anything. I don't have time to take care of that stuff, it all runs on autopilot you don't have to touch the sites at all and it just gradually grows. For somebody with a paysite/cam/dating network... this is quick and easy ROI. And yea there are user emails as well and social media accounts that get updated automatically.

Hey, its pretty simple really. All the stats are in Google Analytics and several interested parties already have access and them and their team are reviewing all the stats.

There is about 30% returned visitor per site so do the math.

In 2014 Google uses sessions because its a better indication of site activity.

Google is the biggest piracy site in the world according to that logic.

As a former paysite owner I do not mind having watermarked photos floating about... as it is great advertising. As long as its not site/set rips I don't believe its bad but our opinions can vary.

I have pretty successful mainstream projects. Sponsors in adult industry are hard to trust these days. I can make decent cash from adsense doing 0 management.... it just works and I get EFT every month like clockwork. And it does not DERANK sites from google like the shit advertising networks in adult because of computer harming links...and other packaged goodies.

Believe it or not I don't even have a proper network wide banner management script. All sites are running the same script. The script took a few month to write and test. At the time I really wanted to work on this but I developer ADD and have something more interesting that is consuming my time.

If these sites don't sell I will try to make an add serving script to monetize them. And add mobile banners as well as more banner placements. (I don't want to run PHPadds because its heavy and gets hacked all the time)
