I hear ya. If you could get by on say, half the money, Id recommend what I said earlier...it will pay off for you in the not to distant future. If you want to get rid of it all...good luck
Ive purchased a few sites/networks and I will NOT buy 100% if the site ii it is successful in a way that I can't duplicate.
Example: There was a dating network looking to sell. It was 100% SE traffic. Lovingly built up and maintained by the current team. We don't do SEO, don't know more than the average Joe. I would have bought it and watched it slowly wither away. Instead we did what I mentioned above. They needed cash, so we worked out a deal to get them flush but have them stay on and continue to maintain the site. We took over monatizing and they got a lump of cash...and the 50% they still owned ended up generating them MORE every month than their 100% did before we took over.
Huge win, win.
