    Left my wallet at a gas station tonight

    Gucci wallet, full of credit cards and around a thousand cash at Chevron In Santa Clarita. I went back hours later and the Lady said "I thought you would be back" with a smile. I thanked her over and over and tried to give her money, She refused the money telling me that it's mine. I Had to leave it on the counter and just walk away asking her to please at least keep it while thanking her.

    I'm so happy/lucky that there are still good people in this world!

      guess the race! You should have named this thread "things white people do". Several years ago someone did a study where they dropped wallets in various countries and it was the Scandinavian countries where the wallets were almost always returned with the cash still in it.

          She said "I thought you would be back" cause she counted all your cash. While it seems like you won and she is an honest woman the $1,000 is chump change compared to what she has already spent by cloning your credit cards. Have Luck

                  its karma i took a wallet to the police station. it took them like 3 months to claim it was weird. it was rent money amount in there. 8 bills and change

                              If that happened, The credit card companies would handle everything and though it would be a inconvenience, It's nothing compared to being thousands of miles from home with no money, cards, ID or anything to fall back on.

                                      Edit: I was always told that program owners were supposed to show off, Makes affiliates want to join and get a piece of the pie, Isn't that why most Cash programs show cars, boats and cash?
