direct site buys, 7, 14 or 30 days at flat rates $50 deposit
network banner campaigns CPM or CPC $250 depo
network pop-unders CPM $250 depo
network mobile re-directs per-redirect/CPM $250 depo

*if you are ordering more than 1 network campaign at the same time you may use the same $250 depo, it's not $250 per campaign. just be aware of daily minimums and do not launch as live until you have each order in (it will spend and drop you below the min. depo).

ohh, so many problems:

-some of the sites have the worst UI(and can not create eve a campaign), others do not allow to manage by yourself the account, some do not have any public information about the websites in the network, and so on
-Grand Slam Media!, you do not have a website as I see
- Marcus Aurelius, now I started to believe that myself

what is sure, is that they are different and you need to find the right ones for your project.
at the moment I have a short list of 4.
I will come with an update after I test them
