from where should I buy cam traffic?

Unlikely you can find "cam traffic".
Some tubes with cam screencaps got banner spots, but this is people watching recordings video so not necessarily people who wants to chat.
You may check google adwords of cam terms; or cam4 (but note users is mostly gay and b+g there, not solo).

I have been looking around for 'Adult Cam' Traffic too...

I Can tell you from my experience that:
juicyads, trafficshop, plugrush, clickpapa etc... Are CRAP!! sorry for my language

If your domain is not violate any Google Rules you can try Adwards, It's a bit expensive but it works - Worked for me ;)

Or use a good SEO Company or Person.... But i'm still looking for the right one, there are lots of scams out there...

Well Adults and Gambling are hard niche!

If you got some good traffic sources please share! it would be very appreciated!
