How much do you owe them? On average a chargeback cost a company $25 dollars per CB plus the return of the amount chargedbacked.

That is very nice of you to offer to repay what you owe them.

Stand up dude.

You should read through their affiliates terms that I'm assuming you agreed to when you signed up. They are pretty hardcore.

You keep saying the same thing... you own them over 1000USD.

What does that mean?

I think you want to say:

They owe ME over 1000USD and I only have a few fraud orders which created my account to be shut down and am more then willing to pay for the fraud charges and the additional $25 chargeback fee for them but i WANT the rest of my money... ASAP!

If you owe them $1000 why dont you pay it? That seems like the right thing to do.

The fraud orders violated their terms. Go read them for yourself. Technically, they don't owe you anything.

Almost every chargeback in adult comes back as fraud. User sees bill, does not want to pay, calls bank, says fraud, card shutdown, immediate chargeback.

If, as a program owner or affiliate, and you are not getting fraud chargebacks, then you aint making any sales.

So if the terms say they reserve the right to close affiliate account if any fraud charges, then it is impossible to abide by it.

You have been actively promoting them even though your account was banned 3 years ago? Does not compute.

if we terminate as provided in Section 15 ("Prohibited Activities"), or pursuant to Section 8 (Section 8 covers chargebacks), then we shall not pay you any Commission.
In the document, they suggest reviewing the terms with a lawyer which is kind of funny because I'm pretty sure you'd have a hell of a time finding one that would advise you to agree. One-sided doesn't even begin to cover it.

The notes on the account list fraudulent orders placed on Hotbox.com. The charge back rate is at 50%. I agree with who banned the account that it was fraudulent activity.

If you would like to promote us, please create a new account and follow our T&C's

If you commit fraud on one of your pids, we will ban the whole account.

How many chargebacks on hotbox? Are you talking 2 of 4, 4 of 8 ?? Since you are only owed 1K or so, and you say most went to non-hotbox... then the number of chargebacks could not be very high.

Fuck AFF. They closed my very old account just a few months ago. I wasn't actively promoting them but still sent a trickle of traffic. I had a few rebills and some webmasters signed up under me.

I logged in and notice I had a pending balance. I emailed and they immediately terminated my account and locked me out. The rep I spoke to was BEYOND rude. The reason for my account termination? They wanted my SSN. Yet it was already on file. I had faxed it years ago. Even the admin area said my SSN was on file.. but they didn't want to hear any of that. The account was canned and couldn't be brought back.

The rep said if I wanted an account I'd have to make a new one. Pfftt. Not after that.
