Add on Domains and IPs

Hey,

Is it ok to keep adding on domains through CPanel? I have about 10 addon domains now.

Also, for SEO is it ok to have many sites on the same ip address? I keep reading I need a dedicated server for different ips but i cant afford that.

Dedicated IP address for each, not dedicated server.

You have any evidence Google is using Whois info?

While google did file a patent long ago about class C's and whois info being a part of something they may institute they ended up focusing more on grammar choices and other similarities to flush out same authors creating networks trying to mimic a natural network.

As it turns out hosting companies like Godaddy and Gator might have 100 people in a similar niche spread over 50 shared IPs so the whole class C thing wasn't going to work out.

google aint a registrar 4 the hell of it. if ya cant register a domain with google , y they become a icann registrar 4 , ta harvest whois data

google likes aged domains , they use ur whois data 2 get the domain age. n matt cutts said google resets pr when domain ownership changes. how the fuck he do that w/o spidering whois data.

Do you have any evidence 'your' snake oil "SEO" hosting works?

Didn't think so.

I have never seen any conclusive evidence one way or another.

That said, IMO, Cutts is 80% BS and bluff -- I consider the disinformation value in every word he says

If you interlink domains using the same IP address it is obvious what you are doing. That would be a safe assumption.

If the domains are on the same IP address and share the same content of inbound-outbound links -- what you are doing is obvious.

So, the better question is: Will I benefit from doing this on the same IP address?
