2.
Web 2.0 or Social (companies founded from 2002 ? 2009, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Groupon).

3.
?and now mobile (from 2010 ? present, including Instagram). This is not referred to as Web 3.0 given that ?mobile? is generally differentiated from ?web?.

2018 and beyond
Google glasses / mobile devices will be wearable (yes pretty much like what u see in star trek).

SO, start making porn sites and apps for google glasses. Make it voice activated.

The one thing I find kind of funny is how dismissive they are of some sites in that first article. They say that Facebook will disappear like Yahoo has, yet, last year Yahoo had over $4 billion in sales and roughly $1.3 billion in profit. Sure, it doesn't have the reach and power it once had, but it seems strange to me to just dismiss a billion dollar company as being non-existent.

That said, clearly the future is mobile and tablets. I have sites where 60% of my traffic is mobile. As tablet prices continue to drop, phones continue to improve and wi-fi/broadband continues to get cheaper and better we will see more of it.

I actually take some cue from my niece who is now 17. Two years ago she got a laptop and was on it constantly. Then she got an iPhone. Now the only time she is ever on the laptop is if she has to write a paper for school. She does everything else on her phone.

Same thing with my 13 year old step-daughter, she only uses her computer for school work and does everything else on iPad/iPhone. She and her friends almost aren't using facebook anymore. It's all instagram, snapchat (though we forbid her to use that one), kik and youtube for them.

I am amazed at what they can do with the devices, but at the same time amazed at how little they actually know. For example something as simple as printing and moving files around is something they just don't seem to learn. At least not on a PC.

But the days of redirecting mobile visitors are over - at least if you want to stay in the game.

For sure, tablets and mobile will only get bigger. Especially since streaming from your tablet to your TV will be easier and more advanced in the coming years incase you want a big screen.

So funny, same with my daughter, she "had" to have a computer for her room so I got her one. She barely uses it now. She has her iPhone and an iPad so she streams netflix on the iPad while the PC collects dust next to her bed lol. I'm thinking about putting it in my office and using it myself for work and just using my regular PC for encoding and other tasks since I recently upgraded it to do so.

Clearly? Hardly. You're completely discounting the merging of desktops and smart TVs. The TV/PC will very much be a big sector of the future.

i have HBBTV on my TV and i really like it

no slow apps, no need for a keyboard, i can simply access the media library of the TV stations with my remote and play whatever i missed or want to see again

and this is still in its early stages, it will become even better in the future

Honestly it's boggles my mind how many sites just redirect their mobile traffic, pissing away their future bookmarks.

We have FreeAppsExposed.com which promotes a streaming porn app for your mobile devices. This page features a very enticing video

Works great on International traffic - $25 PPS. You can promote this offer at Crakrevenue
