I bought my DJJ Phantom from AliExpress. Got it with the GoPro for less than just the copter was selling for here in the local hobby shop.

Yeah...I've actually never paid any sort of duty / tax or had packages not arrive when ordering from AliExpress. I can order now and have whatever I want here by Tuesday via DHL. Just don't use ChinaPost for shipping and you've got no worries.

I think you got ripped off with a counterfeit product.

The actual Phantom quadcopter is built by DJI.
