Any AVS guys around?
For me to put 250-350 pics on a site, i have a few questions ...
1. how many pics per page? 2. does it matter if all pages use same layout? 3. should i use same sponsor on all pages pushing it in different ways?

Normally around 20-30 pics per gallery page, stick to about 2 or possibly 3 sponsors, pushing in different ways on each page. Gallery pages should be uniform in appearance to fit the theme of the site.
