For me to put 250-350 pics on a site, i have a few questions ...

1. how many pics per page?

2. does it matter if all pages use same layout?

3. should i use same sponsor on all pages pushing it in different ways?

1 question, doesn't matter, depending on avs, i'll hit u up on icq

Normally around 20-30 pics per gallery page, stick to about 2 or possibly 3 sponsors, pushing in different ways on each page. Gallery pages should be uniform in appearance to fit the theme of the site.

Decide right away if you are going for a premium AVS status ro whatever they call it as they get lots pickier.

Confused... are you going for premium, or a nice free avs site?

1. If you're going for the first, then you're going to be limited on ads anyways... 40-50 pics a page, if you're lazy... 30 pics a page, if you want to attempt to save on bandwidth, etc. =)

2. No, it doesnt matter on the members area, if you use a template or whatever, just attempt to make it nice if its a premium site, will help retention better than a shitty ass make shift job.

3. Depends... if you're going niche, make sure if you want to upsell a paysite sponsor, to keep in the same niche...

If its premium, push penis pills/viagra/movies more than sponsor IMHO... you'll keep rebills.

If its a free avs site type model, do whatever you want...
