I use Ramnode for all of my VPSes, they also have cPanel licenses for only $13/month or you could install a free control panel like VestaCP or Webmin/Virtualmin.

M3 is solid as shit, skip my banner if you want, I just support them because server has never gone down or had problems in 3years or so since I switched to them.
